- How much does ServiceGuy charge providers to get listed?
- Nothing, ServiceGuy is free for users and providers.
- How many providers are called when a user calls a ServiceGuy number?
- Presently the system calls 25 service providers at one time, but
the system is capable of calling 750 at the same time. Currently we
have a rotating que that selects the providers based on a number of
factors to receive calls.
- What if I get connected to a flake? If I call back will I talk to the same guy or a new guy?
- ServiceGuy will not dial the same 'guy' you previously talked to ever (unless you have talked to every 'guy' in the system)
- Do you rate providers?
- We plan to 'call back' consumers who successfully connect to service providers and ask for feedback. Check back soon for more information on our rating system.
- Do you sell private label versions of ServiceGuy?
